The Ephorate of Antiquities of the Cyclades announces the completion of the enhancement of the permanent sculpture exhibition of the Archaeological Museum of Tenos.
The new exhibition was augmented with visual material, wall texts and captions, offering the public a renewed browsing experience. Through the exhibits and the accompanying information material, important archaeological sites of the island are highlighted, such as the Sanctuary of Poseidon and Amphitrite in Kionia and Xombourgo.
Particular emphasis is also placed on the promotion of the archaeological sites of Tenos during antiquity.
