In the settlement of Ano Korthi is the church of Agios Nikolaos. It is a two-column cruciform church with a dome and a narthex on the west; it dates to the 13th century. A three-sided apse is formed on the east, while the niches of the prothesis/altar and the diaconal are set in the thickness of the eastern wall. Of the fresco decoration, a few fragments are visible (e.g. in the arch of the diaconal), while the entire rest of the church is covered with plaster. The propylon with the western gate, the bell-tower on the western wall of the narthex, as well as the chapels to Agios Charalambos and Agios Panteleimon on the east, belong to later phases.
